    choke or no choke

    iam doin a rebuild on my mikuni carbs they they are for my 1100 raiders arand i was wondering if i should loose the choke if so wont it b hard to start?

    yes! and the kit comes with a plug for one side and a barbed injection fitting for the other side don't order the bulb style the don't last http://www.watcon.com/Catalog_Pages/Primer_Kits.htm

    you can get them on ebay also just make sure your getting a mikuni style plug and fitting

    I can't remember whats there? I left it if there was any but you could try it it's not like you'd ever reinstall the choke. I installed them in every ski I own because it makes starting a peice of cake

    Z is right on the money. Loose the chokes, install primers, and put the plunger for the primer where the choke knob was. You will never crank your ski for more than 3 seconds ever again

    I thought you were doing a single carb? if its one two or three carbed I really prefer to run a primer to each carb it's only a few more $$ And that is the best way to get into this sport! I have never bought a running ski! now I have 4 that run great
