    anybody run water wetter?

    is anybody running redline water wetter in their rxps? i have used it my dirtbikes and trucks and had some really good results.

    I like the Engine Ice. It's already premixed. You can get them on ebay and you will need a gallon and a half.

    I wish someone would do a test and use a heat gun. I think someone did with Engine Ice already and said they saw a drop.

    I put some in my ski and truck....haven't noticed any difference....it may be running cooler but i really have no way of telling(i know the temp needle on the truck is the same)

    I`ve run water wetter and like products as directed in auto/trucks/street/resto mods with the appropriate amount of water. Antifreeze does not let it be used to it`s full potential, and you have to watch for certain metals like Magnesium...
    I think it best to just use the correct % of antifreeze, without getting to technical, engine temps will still reach whatever the thermostat value is. The additive is supposed to pull the heat away from the combustion area`s in the cylinder head etc...PR...

    i have a heat gun i could do some tests with. whats the best way to drain the coolant?

    Just undo the plug on the back of the rideplate , prop the trailer up a little and let her piss.

    I think they have a how to in the technical section.

    and take the cap off of the coolant bottle, and stand back ...PR...

    I have been running straight water and Redline Water Wetter for 5 hours now with no problem. No anti-freeze AT ALL

    also have Rotax Racing 158 degree Thermostat installed

    Instead of the additive, you can run 60% water and 40% anti-freeze for summer riding. Works well.
