    crank to balance shaft timing ?

    has anyone got any pictures, of the balance shaft timing, regards bill

    I don't have a pic but it's easy.You have to have the flywheel gear off.There is one mark on each gear line those teeth up to match the marks and you are also at top dead center on the #3 cylinder for cam timming.They make locking tools for the crank and cam but I use to do it without them.It just makes it a little easier.

    To see the mark on the crank you must remove the flywheel bolts. I mark the otherside of the crank once it's apart.
