    Taking Stickers Off

What do you guys use to take the stickers off your skis and not mess the paint up?

I use a heat gun to soften up and a razor blade to lift up the edge to start peeling.

    me

I used a heat gun on the low setting and went along and heated up the sticker along the way. Than I heated the front edge again and used a strong plastic putty knife to peel up the front edge. From there I heated and peeled as I went. A little goo gone after to clean up glue and good to go. I would also wash off the ski where you sprayed glue gone with soap and water....just to be safe.

Thats the only way. Get it started with the heat gun/finger nail then just pull it off very evenly and slowly.

less pieces = less residue to clean off.

You really dont even need a heat gun a hair dryer will do the trick did for me.

Just incase you were going out specifically to buy a heat gun for this project.

Leave it in the hot Texas Sun all day, preferably Summer time.

But then if you don't live in Texas, or the south, or this is a winter project, heat gun will work.
