    I give WORX A+ in customer service!!!

    I just wanted to mention that! I had a set of WORX sponsons on my 98 GP1200 and had lost a couple bolts. So I called up Tom Perry over at Worx and he sent out a whole new parts kit for free 4 days later to my door.     Looks like R&D could learn a few things from them. Like how to build a non-exploding intake grate. Oh yeah, and how to not be a jackleg on the phone when this is pointed out to them.

    I have some R&D products(intake grate and ride plate) and I have the same problems with them. It almost feels like your not good enough to talk to them or they dont have anytime to talk. They will answer 50% of your questions, and the ones they answer are very short and make you feel dumb. It is nothing like talking to lowell or protec or even advent. Caution though if you do talk to the following: lowell, protec, or advent, be sure you have a lot of time cause they love to talk. A+++ They will answer every question to the T. They wont let you go until you understand what they do and how much they stand behind their product. I feel Customer service is the backbone to your buisiness. I feel Lowell has taken the first place trophie for that. Thanks
