Looks great somefun! Now you need to rout that intake to the side of your hull and draw cold air in. In the picture below...the cowl on the side of the boat, is this where your blower exhausts air? If so, you should run your intake to the opposite side and get your cold air from there. Take some 4" flex hose and put an outterwear filter on the end so it's waterproof, this is what I did.
I like the way you mounted your Intercoolers...looks nice and solid. I think you should make sure your silicone hump hose @ throttle body doesn't leak, it looks like your t-clamp is on the verge of coming off the edge...boost leaks have been known to happen with these mods, which is why alot of guys are installing boost gauges just to monitor such things.
Just for your information, your model of boat has 11/21 pitched impellers...in case you decide to tackle re-pitching or order up new ones. I think if you mod anymore you'll definitely need some re-working to get the max to the water. The intake and intercooler mods alone should make for much better power! Now...can u imagine if you installed dual thru-hull exhausts on that baby grrrrrrrrowl!!!
I ordered up some couplers but still haven't arrived yet...but once I get everything together I'll post pics.

Hey Jerry, wouldn't it be great if us lowly sportboat minorities had a forum to share info I mean...we all share the same plant Then we wouldn't clutter up your pwc forums with sportboat specific stuff, although alot of it would apply.
Just a thought

Yuji I did just that with the side intakes. I took the hose that comes off the side scoops and put it right up the the air cleaner so I would get good cold air. On the plumbing I put a sealer on the joints lightly so it they wouldn't leak. Just to be sure. I can't wait to test it. Its killing me...

Okay, sounds like you got it figured...now hurry up and run that sucka'
btw, what size plumbing did you go with, is that 3" from supercharger to throttle body?

I ran full 3" and adapted it at the SC and throttle body
