An impeller change(solas),an aftermarket intake grate(r&d aquavein),and a less restrictive flame arrestor(ocean pro vortex) will give you at least a couple more mph and a much better holeshot for less than $500.

you could probly find a used exhaust pipe on ebay for a couple hundred bucks. Something like a Rossier, or a Factory Pipe for starters...

Yes you do, and how do I know what to rejet to? I ask Bill O'neil at PWCToday.com

Also if you get a tuned pipe get a Factory Pipe SpecII it is the gold standard for the 787 Doos.

Flame Arrestor: Best bang-for-buck is to mod the stock air box. Remove the screens from the cage. Replace both course screens and one fine screen(remove 5-6 fine screens). This will also retain the bracing to the pipe that many aftermarket F/A omit.

Jetting: Swap the LS jets for a 75 and the popoff spring for an 80 gram. Start at 1 turn on LS and 3/4 turn on HS screws.

For ~$10 you will love the new snap.

Do the carb mod above. Ask JayZ for the specs he has in his. I have set of R&D nozzles(85/8 and a pump wedge I might part with. I should have the proper jetting for your carbs as well, I just have to find them.

I am just down the road in London.

No but I don't know crap about carbs and I was able to get mine rebuilt with kits from him. If you do talk to him mention this maybe I can get a discount or something.
