Thanks everyone , Yes the fuel to air ratio is the problem , no way to control it since its computer operated and there are no aftermarket controlers.

There is always a stand alone controller or maybe sourced from another area like motorcycles.

There is lots of ways to control it. Lots of little things you can do. Not sure on the compression ratio. As this also plays a factor in Deto. issues wich is not good. Do some research talk to some people. Not diffcult to do but you will have to do some reasearch. As far as items you will need.....

Custom exhaust manifold or exhaust pipe for turbo.
Some kind of fuel enrichment. (lot of options)
    Strongly recomend intercooler.
    Oil lines for turbo
If you go with a watercooled turbo you will also need lines for them as well.
turbo... figuring out size and trims-lots of choices.....
I would go with a internal wastegate on the turbo, eaiser to set it up, and a manual boost controler
Possibly pistons, thicker head gasket, to lower compression ratio

Well this is a start. But do some reasearch, anything can be turboed!!! Just takes money. If you do the research and do most of the work your self it will not hurt the bank too badly.

You could also do a draw though carbed turbo setup, but since you'd probably be doing a one off thing it would most likely be expensive.

The fuel control is easy with a rising rate bost controlled fuel pressure regulator, just need a dyno or wideband to get it setup.
