    what causes this to happen????

    i have a standard o5 GP1300.When at full throttle in the lake i find the ski jumps out the water loses speed and momentum the gains max speed then jumps out the water again ,a see-saw effect when at full throttle.is this normal or can something be done to keep the ski from jumping out da water???

    id say check all your connectors and grounds. also there is a little flap on the fuel pump that supposed to help with the gas flow in rough stuff maybe thats bad.

    make sure that the Nozzle is properly secured to the linkage

    sounds like its un hooking, have you stepped your sponsons yet?

    my 1200 used to unhook top end all the time till i stepped it and added a 1200 grate.

    and ffs get a 1200 grate, those were my first two mods and the difference blew me away;

    you turn the middle mounting holes into 1 slot, i dont know about the filling of the back bits as i did not do that but i guess it might help a little.

    btw you can pick up a second hand 1200 grate on here for about 70 dolalrs USD ., make sure its a twin bar not a single though ok.

    i just dremelled my sponsons and it came out great

    thanks IZZI.I fully understand now with ur help and Hydro.How do i locate the second hand intake grate on this site?What intake grate should i get?

    do i need to get ride plated as well,what ride plate?

    what sort of conditions do you ride in?

    msg ALOHR ....if anyone around here has a 1200 grate they want to sell it will be him, just ask him for a dual bar r&d 1200 grate, he will know what you want
