Where do you park your skis and smoke your cigars?

It's cool to see the skis and the vehicles that get them to the ramp. How about where we park them?

I used Google maps and unchecked the box for "details" to get rid of street names.

In my pic, I keep the skis in the grass to the side of my driveway. This pic is pre-ski sometime after Hurricane Wilma. You can see a lot of missing shingles from the roof which now has tiles. We lost all the fencing on the left and ride side and the screen enclosure over the pool.

One arrow points to the fire pit which we try to use a lot during the winter. That's where the cigars and beverages are enjoyed. It's a nice oasis in the middle of the South Florida metroplex.

My neighbor has a fleet of catamarans that he races in the winter when it's windy. So between the two of us, it looks like a marina with his 3 or 4 boats and my skis and the extra trailers.

I don't live in a big city so the detail is not so great but here is a shot of my house and campground.

My skis reside under those trees behind my house whenever we are not at camp.

These shots are from Microsoft's Virtual Earth. I find that the detail is a little better than Google.

The red lines are parking areas, some not used yet (behind the house).
The blue line is the deck, BBQ etc by the pool. Nothing better than a good cigar by the waters edge...

I found if you go to your local city/coutey web site it will have a link for GIS it will give you good maps and lots of other public info.... Well the circles are where the fleet of four skies are.

My babies are in the garage @ X, I like to chill out in the back yard with a nice cigar and sometime watch TV through the sliding glass door, never smok'em in the house even though the wife does like the aroma
