The nut is part of the clamp, it should not have came off.

remove torx or hex bolt.
spread collar/ring enough to pop over flange of intake and IC.
spread collar/ring without bolt, noting location of notches in ring and locators in manifold, install bolt with blue loc-tite and tighten...PR...

I realize the bolt is part of the clamp now. I had already completely removed it because I couldn't slide it off the stock IC lip. Now I am trying to put it over the IC blockoff and the coller wont come together enough to get the bolt to go through both collar holes.
Any tips? Is there supposed to be a nut on the other side of the bolt...the bolt does not tighten, yet I have no bolt...

as dave c indicated the nut is part of the collar. It took me a little finness to get the block off close enough to the manifold to get the colar over both block off and manifold lip. the screw will not get close enough to nut to tighten until you have the block off all the way up to the manifold. I noticed becasue of the o ring on the block off it took some pressure. I used a rubber mallet with a few good taps to get oring sealed up close enough. I am sure that you know this but besure to use some ultra black to the block off to be sure to have no leak. I used quite bit of that stuff and ended up with 10.7 lbs of boost.

Don't forget you have to put the clamp in the same position it came off. I tried to reposition it on mine, but it only fit on the same position it came off.

Did you make sure you seated the block off all the way in past the oring.
flush up against the intake housing. And mega silicone

Because I like you guys I am going to be completely honest..I just went in the garage and took one quick look and realized I had the bolt backward..as in the bolt head was going through the collar end with the threads...no wonder it wouldn't tighten against the bolt..
