    Buyers be smart!

With so many crooks out there buyers need to protect there hard earned money!

-Always pay with a credit card if possible your credit card company will protect you and you can dispute any and all charges! (any reputable company should take credit card)
this same rule does not always apply with depit/credit cards.

-If you must pay with a check make sure you send it signature required US mail. It is considered mail fraud to "steal" money that has been sent vis US mail.

-Also include on check what the money is for IE: for rebuild of engine

-Always keep all e-mail's with the vendor

-Do not delay! once you feel you are getting taken advantage off start to persue a refund! (send a request for refund again by certified mail)

Always be safe with your money and I hope this advsie help!
