    X-Impeller

I've been testing on the X impeller and the things that worked on previous impellers DO NOT WORK.

The Blade on the oem is 10 mm longer than the 15-20 Solas. If you put a stock solas in it will stand on it's tail when you snap the throttle .

I snaps so hard that leaned over the bars and with feet locked in it will stand on it's tail and pull you off the back with a half tank fuel and trim BELOW a quarter.

I'm close (2 tests) to getting >1 mph with just an impeller change and it will not have any spin.

Why do you suppose that is? An impeller change can't change the direction of thrust, only the amount.

Anybody did any test about what´s the better impeller for "X".
I don´t do yet , but i think if the HP is really between 240 and 255 Hp then the better mod could be solas 15/20R with rxp 215 nozzle. This mod there are beteewn stage II and stage III of RIVA.

I was only saying it does not slip at all... and has too much on the front.

I would think that would be a good thing.

My guess is that the extra length on the leading side is for added grip in the rough and white water.

The X will need different style impellers than the rxp.

Lack of slip is unused speed. If anyone ever noticed; a prop that slips usually is good on top.
