I need some ideas on mouting bunks to a trailer. I have two vertical mounts for 2x4's but nothing else. Any ideas??

Here are some pics........ To start with this trailer was used for a small sailboat wich I sold, and kept the trailer for the General. So the bunks will have to be a little long. I am going to use the brackets that I have for the rear mouting of the bunks, I would like some ideas to attach the front of the bunks to the trailer. Thinking low tech redneck attachments..... As I am planning on selling it. I need to cut down the board, I just laid it there so others will get the general idea.

    Thanks,
    Rodney

I don't mount my 2x's that way they are to rigid and don't support the hull properly in my opinion Z
