Thread: ride plate help

    ride plate help

    got a new rd plate but the back of the plate hits the pump cant tighten up plate flush with bottom of ski small space betwen plate and ski 05 1300 is this normal do i have to grind the plate alittle

    Actually you grind the pump and nozzle. Several threads on it if you use the search funtion.

    does your plate have a pocket in it (non riding side) ?

    what do u mean pocket if anyone can call me 502 643 8028 im in my shop fulling with it

    Only the modified plates have the pocket cut out. You need to grind on the nozzle and possibly the pump to clear the plate.

    R&D used to include instructions with their ride plates.

    yea dont forget to grind the pump i know someone who didnt............. and boy he was really mad!!
