    cylinder head ?

Which head is better milled stock head or 3 piece aftermarket ? For performance and durability? On a 2003 1300r.

Milled stock is cheaper and more durable.

I like the stock head too. Call Jim's Performance or Lowell and get their opinion. Both people can do the work on both types and do a great job.

I would have to agree with VOODOO. I have the three piece rec head and have already blown a gasket. I do have to say it is still good quality but one part is better then three.

I have had great sucess with the modified OEM heads. I have had mixed results with the aftermarket ones.
