    XS Intercooler Piping

I am in the process of gathering all the material for XS intercooler install. How long should the 2.5" tubing be?

Six to eight inches, you do not want them to be to long. Less volume your SC has to fill to get max boost. To much pipe will cause lag.

I just got my XS (Ebay) Intercooler today, damn this thing is huge and heavy. However, the intercooler has a threaded hole over one of the water caps, I am guessing it's an air bleed hole or something.

There is only 1 hole and it's located on one of the water end housing. If it's a mounting then is in a odd place.

I would post a pic but I can not find my camera's usb cable.

With the ic setting flat on the floor. You should have two small mounting holes on the side and and water inlet on the front and back and 2 3in air inlets on the front.

The intercooler I got does not have the two mounting holes on the side. With intercooler you face the way you mention the hole is on the top of the front water tank (end cap with the water inlet).

I think my camera's usb cable is at work, I will post pics tomorrow.

Its an alternate water inlet/outlet. Plug it or use it.

Hut oh, you got one without the side mounting holes. You may have to build a mount and strap it to the mount or hook it up to the ski and support it from the bottom with 2x4 or something.
I was looking on ebay at the intercoolers and I saw some that did not have the mounting holes on the sides. Looks like you got one of those.
