750 SS Highs and lows starting point

    Highs and lows starting point
Well after getting everything plumbed and fitted, I tried to start but to no avail. This morning with a clearer head, I figured out I had all of my fuel line misrouted. Got that fixed and she fired right up. Will not Idle yet, but that is just tweeking at this point.

Doubel checked compression adn found I have 140# in both cylinders and witht eh Choke on my accelrator pump is flooding the carb

So this afternoon, I will try to run on a hose and fix the idle

Does anyone know a starting point for me on the high and lows for this 750 with .5 over pistons??????

    Sean,

    PM sent.

Those will be stock numbers of course but I would think they would be a close starting point. Remember, a little rich is better than a little lean.

Let me know if that helps.

Havent had a chance to play, but yes I think I have the strating points 5/8 H and 1 L think I will go an 1/4 over on each to start as those are stock numbers and I am running .05 over pistons. Thanks again

Hope to see you this summer on the Ohio
