I am making plans for a trip to Lake Havasu this summer. Have a condo paid for. I am looking for destinations or places that are worth getting to.
Any suggestions? I have not been there before so I am hoping I can get some ideas.

Rent a Jet Ski go to Copper Canyon & Body Beach then go to In&Out and do the Macc Attack "10 by 10 In-and-Out burger !!! (That's 10 patties of all pure beef...BABY!) " ref. Chris MacCluggage
Then your out of things to do. Done, finished. All the good stuff happens on the water. Oh wait you can go to the Go-Kart track. You can jump off the London Bridge.lol joke! then swim to Kokomo's
Go to the Hoover damn and drive on it before they close it, Drive to Laughlin and drop same coin.
You can go to Walts and rent a Rino to go cruizing around the desert in.
Last you can walk around Crazy Horse and see how quiet it is without the World Finals ragging the place.

As long as you don't mind 120deg heat, it's great. Stay on the water. Protect your head from the sun at ALL times. Go find the sand bar and copper canyon during the day.

120? That's Texas in the summer man! Bring it on! I'd love to go ride on Havasu, but haulin my ski that far = a ton of gas money! I will do it one of these days. I don't like rentals....they're just not the same as your own ski...especially because they're slower usually, and you pay more for them in a day than I do a month in payment on mine lol

Went there last summer, and had a blast. Stayed in Laughlin and rode down to the sandbar, ate lunch at Topock, refueled and rode back up. Lots of fun.

Kyle, save your money and make the trip with a good friend, it's worth it.
Stay in Laughlin, the rooms are CHEAP. Then you can go to Lake Mojave, it's beautiful. Or Lake Mead, it can get ROUGH, quick.
We need to plan this years trip GPRGASM and 2fun4u.

I can handle dry heat, the humidity is what kills me. In Minnesota 90 degrees was like being strangled slowly by something you just couldn't get your sweaty hands around....that humid!
