    engine shim question

jump is all done and just needs her heart put in..

as some may of read i bought the ski in boxes

this is my problem, was going to drop engine in and shim accordingly using the coupler as my reference point, but now Ive read there can be uneven shims in any one corner on the mounts..

how can i get around this problem,?

the best part is all the shim and bolts were lost by last dick head so i dont even have one to set them to in each corner..

Get different size shims. If you need some PM me. Put your engine in without the pipe, go to the how to section for details but align engine without rubber biscuit. Checking to see if couplers are aligned properly using a straight edge. I personally use razor blades to check for alignment. If one shim is wrong it usually shows itself without the biscuit in. You'll visually see this. Check your manual and follow their proceedure also. I think they recommend using a small ruler for coupler alignment.

    You can do it!

Paul I did not have a box the right size for this so, you have till tomorrow to decide if there is anything else you need. Look through everything see if you are missing anything else I have tons of spare parts. once I seal that box it is not getting opened again. Your project turned out nice, looks great
