can you do my OEM's off my 1200 conversion project please?

The secret is the paint. I sprayed down the entire outisde of the carbs with carb cleaner to eat off and loosen most of the paint. Make sure you open the garage door cause that is some nasty stuff to inhale. Let them sit overnight and take the wire brush to them. Then I primed them and used this paint, worked great two coats and it goes on super thick and dries smooth even if you don't get all the paint off.
Duplicolor High Heat Engine Paint
I used it before on a exhaust pipe for my old ski and man it's some tough paint, holds up really good to heat, gas, etc...

haha I better clean out the garage and stock up on carb cleaner. Maybe I should invest in some sort of a mask for the fumes
