State Safety, Rules, Regs, and Contacts

How about a listing of your states rules, regs, and whom to talk to??

    Arizona: AZ Game and Fish.
    http://www.azgfd.gov/i_e/edits/boating_education.shtml
    http://www.azgfd.gov/outdoor_recreation/boating.shtml

Renewing your AZ boat tags is now FREEE online... they were charging $3 last year.

    Regulations
    http://www.azgfd.gov/outdoor_recreat...ng_rules.shtml

...and YES, all boats are controlled by AZ Game and Fish, and NOT by the DOT. Plus AZ is a non-titled state, so that means, your registration is your ownership, and all out of state titles must be submitted to az game and fish for az registration.

    WA Safety Rules

This inspired me to pick up my 08 Handbook at Boaters World today. Our PWCs are registered and titled through our state Dept of Licensing. Our big change this year is Mandatory Boating Safety Education for 12 to 20 yr olds with exam and card issued by WA State Parks & Recreation. 14 is min age to operate PWC. Required Eqmpment Checklist seems standard.

    Hi Dazz,
It is a very good piece of information about the rules and regulations regarding the speed limits and other concerned things. I am new to the whole boating scene so I was not aware of these rules. Thanks for enlightening about the rules. Keep up the good work of sharing such useful information through your posts. Stay connected.
