06 RXP throttle body
Was getting the ski out this weekend and noticed my throttle body is stuck. Winterized the ski and applied salt away to everything. Took the nut off of the top of the throttle body and noticed a decent amount of rust. Looking for a little help on what I need to do to loosen it up. Tried looking on the seadoo website but it doesnt show a break down of the throttle body. Any help ?

Just spray it with lots of lube, both in side and out side. Just dont get too much in the intake manifold. You can try to remove bit that the throttle cable goes on to but the springs are a bit of a pain to get back in the wright place. This will let you run lube down the shaft to help free it up. Dont play with the tps on the botton of the throttle body as this setting will change your fuel map.

I have had a few get stuck usually a spray and twist the throttle at the manifold and and it fress up straight away as its only a little rust on the butterfly itself not the shaft and bushes.
The nuts always seem to go rusty and does no harm.
