    Question Newbie Needs Help

    JUST PURCHASED A HOME ON THE SAN BERNARD RIVER AND RAN ACROSS A NON RUNNING 94 SL 750 CHEAP. GONNA CHECK COMPRESSION BEFORE REBUILDING THE CARBS OR WASTING MONEY. ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE COMPRESSION SHOULD BE?

    Should be around 120 all within 5-10%

    You can find the entire 1992-1997 service manual online here; look in the Polaris Technical section for more info.

    Also, the Search function will find threads on almost any topic related to the Fuji engined Polaris. The same basic engine was used 1992-1997, SL and SLT 650, 750, 780.

    Make sure to hold throttle full open when you crank it over to check comp.
    Rodneyae is correct about the simplicity of these fujis and you can't find better tech support than the green hulksters on this forum.

    Mine is all apart on a 3'x5' table ready to be put back together.

    on that service manual website/link. how do i use it huh? i have a 95 and 96 slt. how do i go to that? service manual area.
