I think Crazy might have put that up in a discussion quite awhile ago. I save just about everything.

Woah, that's trippy... Does the engine see a shorter or longer pipe? It seems like it would be longer? Any guesses as to how will affect the mid range?

That's an odd exhaust. I never saw a 1050/1200 pipe before. You got anyone in mind for that pipe CrazyA?

Yes... YOU!!! If you want, when I finish it, you can test it out!!! I've never actually tried this mod, so you would need to do all the careful testing on your end.

If you're willing to try/test/tune this pipe, I will send it to you on a loaner basis. If it works and you want me too, I will duplicate it for you on a pipe that you provide.

Just give me a little time.... I work slow!!!

Many refer to that style pipe as a "centerbleed" design. Factory pipe makes some like that, as well as many manufacturers, stock.

Polaris pipe and Factory Pipe Sea-Doo 580 pipe.

I must admit ,that pipe design confuses me.I keep thinking of a cars exhaust headers-as straight as possible-smooth bends.
That pipe,it seems the exhaust flow would push straight to the blocked off end, than either turn around and head towards the exit or pressure builds up at the blocked off end and the only place it has to go is out the exit. The pipe design almost seems to be an after thought,as if the designer said"well.. it needs to go some where".
I'm sure Polaris did their testing,so it has to work some how. It's even used on the stock 1200PRO.I just don't understand it.
