Welcome to the Hulk!!!!!! All you need is a set of jugs (cyclinders) and pistons. You will also need to rejet the carbs. You will also need to find out what happened to the old engine, why, and how it went bad, so the same thing dose not happen again. Also you will need to upgrade the stock fuel pump, make sure your fuel slector valve is OK and replace all the old fuel lines. Do a search and you will find tons of info.

Welcome to the Hulk. I have everything you need listed in my parts for sale listing. Everything Rodneyae said is correct, with the CDI needing a 750 installed.

OR get the 780 package I have listed and gain 20+ HP and nearly 10 MPH over the 650.

Isn't there something about old stator vs. new stator, when changing to the 750CDI?

Oh yes - welcome to the Hulk!

I think the stator changed in 94. Should work as long as it is 94 or later, or you can use a pre 94 CDI to match it.

K47 is right, I forgot. The 650 stator uses a analog signal, while the 750 and 780 stator uses a digital signal. So, they shouldn't work together.

Jonjon is correct as well. The 92 650 CDI has 24* timing just like the 750 CDI.

So the stator either gets upgraded from a 650 to a 750/780. OR you need a 92 650 CDI. Either way will work.

how to determine the stator if its a analog or a digital?

    If it's a 650 it's analog

    If it's a 750 or 780 it's digital
