    Gp1300r recalls what where they

I have been told that the pump tunle and the wireing loom where recalled in early 2003 gp1300
Is this correct as i have been onto yamaha Australia all day and they can not find any recall on this ski at all?
If any one has any information or copys of the recall so i can shove it up them this would be great.

    Thanks
    Jason

Pump tunnel on 2003 needs to be reinforced, with inserts from 2004 and up.

Honestly, do it yourself with the re-inforcement from Jerry's store....

Otherwise, you'll be pulling it out in less than a year and spending big-bucks to get it done right.

Only the pump shoe brackets/inserts were a recall issue. 'Never heard of the others you mentioned.

Mine has been done i did it 2 months ago its just that yamaha has got no recall notice at all for the GP1300.If i can get all documentation of these recalls i can fax it to yamaha and shove it up them so people in the future will get it done.

i have done it myself around 2month ago.Glassed it all up and made to brackets.I was mainly wondering about the retifier and loom as this is going to cost a little for parts.pluss ide like to stick it up yamaha as they dont have any recall on this model at all.

of course they dont have any recall notices on file, all recalls for 2003 were stored at the offices of enron and anderson consulting
