impellar removal and pump removal
Is the impelllar holding tool required? I am going to pull both on two skis and send to Impros, but this is all new to me. I have the manual and it doesn't seem real bad, but do I need the holding tool?
Are there any other tips or advice?

get the impeller removal tool. you dont need the holder tool if you have a vice to use.

The impeller tool is the same on the Ultra 150, 15f and the 250.
Take the two bolts out of the block on the top of the pump that has the 2 fittings on the sides of them, that way you dont have to take the clamps off the hoses, makes it a lil easier for me.
When you got to put it back together, use windex on the big black gasket that goes into the pump shoe, it makes it slide in better.

Jason, I sent them the pump with the impeller in it. They reworked and returned to me with the pump installed in the pump.
