    OK read this...

Then check into stage 1 mods, that will get you started...

Use "search" on the top of the page, great tool, lots of info, then look intot the mods, speed sticky to get an idea of what your looking to do.

Everything should be good to go up to stage 2 1/2. The Riva ECU will void your warranty if you go that far.

im not going to be racing or anything. i used to.. when i had a 2002 seadoo rx di. but the first thing i should get are the metal washers.. i heard you should only get them if im going to be running it hard.... i like to go fast so i will be going over 60 most of the time. how long would it be till the ceramic washers break apart?

You have an 08 ski so it already has metal washers.

Most dealers will let you get away with stage 1 mods

and even stage 2 mods without any hassle

You should get them regardless if you have an 07 or older ski with ceramic washers. We have seen them break as soon as 1 hour on a ski being babied during break in.
