h20 holes in gaskits. make'em lil bigger?
since the ski is still running way hot, couldn't I make the coolant passages in the gaskit a little bigger? not much 'cause i know the water needs to hang for a sec. to absorb the heat. I have seen others do it.

i guess no one else has tried this, i have seen people do it but they say you must know the direction of the water flow

might need a little equipment to test temps and knowledge of the tolerance behind the engineering that went into coming up with the diameter chosen too.
I wish i could help, but i choose not to comment as i'm not there or certain at the moment.
