    seadoo 800 Amsoil Dominator premix

I'm sure it's been asked & answered before but I can't find the search link..

On a limited setup 40:1 is recommended which is 16oz for every 5 gal can right?

With Dominator should I still go with the 16oz or use less?

My setup for my GSX is in my sig.

    Thanx

    Jim,

I used the same ratio with my 800 Limited without any problem.
Thats the only oil I use on all the skis.

    Its too cold outside.
Its covered with snow from last night and the lake is still frozen.

Hey Jim, you should run Amsoil's recommendation of 50:1. I called and asked them specifically before starting to use the Dominator on my setups, as I was concerned wih reliability. They said 50:1 is what they recommended. Going richer was a waste of performance and cost.

I've had no issues running 185-190 lbs compression and .050" squish turning 7650 on the VE. Plugs look great too.

The thing to do is go by what each oil manufacturer recommends for their oil. Just because BRP wants 40:1 for their Castrol mixed XPSII, doesn't mean "all" oils lubricate equally.

    Thanx RQ,
I was getting Rave spooge drippage more often than usual after switching to dominator so 40:1 must be why 'eh?

I'm running an R&D rec head now @ 175 psi, .054 squish but I haven't ran it yet so I don't know the rpm yet.

    Steach, thanks for the mixture!

Oh, don't slip up on the nascar league or i'll sneak on by..
