    Changing oil Rxp

After sucking all the oil(that I could get) out of my 04 RXP, it measured just under 3 quarts. Shouldn't I have got more like 3 and a half quarts?

Did you hold the throttle wide open and crank it over after you sucked out what you have now?

I usually get close to 3 1/2- 4 qts. I have followed this method and have not had any problems.

Make sure you hold the throttle in the wide open position..This will keep the ski from starting...Crank it over for oh 10-15 seconds and then suck out some more oil..do this 3-4 times and you will have 90% of the oil out of your ski...

I always get 3 quarts when I do it. But I have never held the throttle open.
