Help! Bolts Stuck in Hull! Any Ideas??
I know I've said this a million times, but I have a 1998 Sea Doo Challenger 1800. What happened is that the little thing on the ladder to put the loop thing around to keep it up broke off. so my dad, the real owner of the boat, called the ladder company and told him that he had to send back the whole ladder, not just the bottom rung. so he was trying to take the bolts out and two broke inside the hull . so then he tries to use an easy out to get them out, that breaks too. so now we have 2 bolts and an easy out stuck in our hull. anyone have any ideas on how to get them out besides drilling? thanks

Nope....drilling is your sole option now, and tapping back new threads in the holes after you got the crap out.

Broken ez-outs are tough to remove. Call around to local machine shops. You need to find one that can disintegrate it. Basically, it's a high speed, high frequency, pulverizing process.
Ez-outs are hard and brittle and this works well on them. Good luck.
