2008's 250X Mini Build Projects
This is just my small projects on my new 2008's
Certainly not to the extent that most of you have done here.
Impros pump mods
1 degree wedges
pump seal kits
Riva ride plates
Modified intake grates
Extented fuel pick-ups
By pass upgrade--?? Is this something that is still good to do?
R & D Adjustable BOV --?? I assume this is better than the moded stock BOV or block off's
Pop up cleats
Full wave audio systems
Power ports in storage compartment
Batery tender quick connect in engine compartment
There are more to add, thoughts welcome. I'm not looking for loud or high maintainability. Speed is great, but also the creature comforts of riding not fixing...
I also noticed the my 08's exhaust is now on the opposite side than is my 07's

I'm not a motor head, so tearing at the guts has me nervous, I'm not familiar with the common workings and such, kinda an idiot to it all.
I can build you a one of a kind house with inovations that suit the megga rich and famous,,,but motors,,,,
That's where this site has been an enourmous help. Thanks to everyone!!!!

little added water proofing
I did this to my 07's to reduce or actually pretty much stop water from getting into the drop in bucket in the front compartment. It adds just a little pressure to the seal. Very simple fix. Snap the seal back in place while the adhesive is wet.
