    Will installing a larger gauge wire on the head ground improve conductivity?

    After seeing the ground wire bolted to the head it seems to be of very thin gauge; does it pay to replace with something like a 14 gauge wire??

    Seems to work fine like it is.

    Some folks dont even use that ground strap.
