Water Cooling Lines
So after putting some thought into this, I need some opinions. I am restoring an older ski and replacing all of the fuel and cooling lines (trying to go for that aftermarket, high performance look).
I went and picked up air compressor hose from Harbor Freight, however, here is my dilema: Most air hoses have the inner braiding or weave or whatever it is called. The air line I purchased does not. Also, most hoses are rated for 300psi, mine is rate for 90psi.
Does anyone think this will be a problem? I mean, I cant imagine the water lines will ever see 90psi, or am I wrong?
Someone please help!

A typical closed loop pressurized cooling system runs at 12-18 psi.

So you think I will be okay with this hose line that I bought?

Even the non-braided lines will be way in excess strength it needs. Almost all our cooling systems (except the newer closed loops) have very low pressure. You should be just fine.
