Headed to Grand Caymen next week...

So I wanted to ask the locals and those who have been there a few questions.

Like a good place to rent jetskis(RXP/RXT if possible)?

Good resturants especially off the beaten path and featuring local foods?

Fun things to do besides the usual tourist stuff(Stingray City, Snorkeling, Trips to Hell and Turtle farms)?

I enjoyed the Atlantis Night submarine tour (max depth less than 100 feet, but lots of reef color and fish activity visible in the subs lights).
Side note: a similar large sub is for sale.

The Deep submersible excursion (circa 1000 foot dives down part of the Cayman Trench wall) in a mini-sub (max 3 passengers) was memorable. I am not sure whether it is still operating, or which company name.

i cant imagine a place that would rent RXPs to just your regular average joe seems kind of dangerous u know?

NOT Saying your some AVG joe- If your on this board you probably know what your doing.

when i was in tahoe they rented GTX's with learner keys. I told the girl nicely so what do I have to do to get the full key. She looked at me like i had 10 heads- then I go DESS? The ecu limits the power with a learning key. Shes like nope dont know these are the only keys we have. Oh well

Those sound cool, the 1000 ft one would be awesome for the wife and I.

You might be down there already, but my suggestion is to head to Rum Point...

Take the ferry across the bay from the marriot/hilton hotel...it's such a nice place.

First time i ever rode a jetski was in grand cayman, i bought my first ski 2 months after I got home..
