    Manifold Question

    Guys i know that the RXPX has a spot for the O2 bung now, but how about this picture of the old ones.....is this a water port or can we drill and tap that for O2...

    Hey that's Steve's manifold mod! I just picked one up from him, it's a quality piece.

    Do you have a pic of the bung in the new manifold?

    guys how do you torque down the exhaust manifold, pattern, lbs and loctite or no?

    I used loctite red, but I use loctite on most everything. I torqued them to 75in/lbs in increments starting from the middle and working towards the outsides. I'm sure the manual has a procedure.

    My '05 engine shop manual says blue loctite and to torque the screws to 89 lbf*in(10 N*m)

    Looks like I'll be doing that over! lol, I was afraid of snapping the bolts (I'm always over tightening and snapping bolts) so I went with the torque of a grade 5 M6 bolt
