Thread: SC Block Off

    SC Block Off Finished

    Had some spear time at work and decided to make it. Its engineermike's design. I'm still not done with it still have to make the groves for o-rings and thread it.

    I forgot to time it but i took A little over an hour to do maybe hour and a half. It can probly be done faster but since this was the first one I make, I wanted to make sure everything cam out right.
    Not sure how long its gonna take me on the lathe tomorrow. I have to make something to hold it first.

    Awesome. Did you do this on the CNC? Did you convert the solidworks file straight into something the CNC can read?

    Also, using the dimension in my drawing made the cylindrical section just a hair on the big side. I just finished it with sandpaper and it went in.
