    "Banging the Rev Limitter"

What does banging the rev limmiter feel/sound like when you hit it? Does it feel like a governor on a vehicle, or is it more like a knock or jolt?

You don't feel anything more than a loss of power, like you hit a wall, and the RPM's obviously bouncing too high.

feels liike it just fell ,on int face trytingnbim recovr. Ya want to get up to that nrev max & back down 20-40 rpm's. I'v always dsome my nnasty speeds at 8560-8580 then it dumpd at 8600 like a dog VERY FINE LINE BUT BEST POTENTIEL.....tHE WAAY to get thatntune is garage time & knowledge.TURN THGAT THING HIGH ASS POSSIBLE UP TO A SFE # BELOW THE REV LIMITER and pitch accordinally... If I hit that PB lotto I'kll be the king at test & tune 24/7.... I'm thinkin 83 nozzle with a bent prop say fuk it. The small rings load the pumop way to hard for a whole shot & KILL the midrange, the 83 mm nozzle is the ticket just ass a few mm;s here & there might have somethin. Come mbIV the ol rxp will have 83 nzzle with a bent ass prop. no cavatation & also maintain topspeed with a beer in my hand as far as ol sleeplessII rev limit is a flip of some switches I'd say dial it in at 7900 then spray it to 8500 see what happens.... CAN YA SAY HUNG OUT THE BACK DOOR? The MS crew will be coming for the fpp shoot out. Just gotta see how many converions can keep up. More hp same ski but may be lacking a few details. sc converions will,be interesting but if a turbo gpr cannot beat me man thats a good thing 4 me! I'm all up for this short distance drag racing this year.....win or lose dont matter I supposed to lose but ready! I want a dead idle hit and my ski has no hull holeshot mods or anything just as stock as possible... BTW Those damm margirita's were off the chain i just drank!

Hey, I just tried this with no luck. Using the stock nozzle, I was running a 15/21 and going 77.5 mph at 8100. I had it bent to 17/22 and with the same nozzle and boost level, I went 72.9 mph at 8050 rpm. Any guesses?
