does it move it all? maybe tap it with a plastic mallet or something. Is the head off? Maybe dump a little oil down the jug.

ya im sorry , yes , the exhuast manifold , the heads , everything ,

its at long block status right not the only thing i havent taken off yet is the stator assembelly

iv even had my friend stand on top of it and i lifted him off of it

if its seized on you think i could get it loose with a heat gun i used to do alot of othere things with ?

I would try this ,put some rotating force on the crankshaft ,be gentle .At the same time tap the piston with a dead hammer .You will feel the piston trying to move ,If not rotate the engine the other way .Is the piston at the top or bottom .If at the top this will help ,if it is at the bottom then rotating the crank will lift the barrel off the engine case ..You may want to tap the sudes of the barrel with a soft hammer as you put some rotating force onthe crank .
    Good luck

Spray the hell out of it with some penetrainig oil let it sit, then repeat.

i may get flamed for this one, i used a harmonic balancer puller with the heads off, but be warned my engine was done for anyways so any damage incurred to the piston top wasn't a big deal. you may want to try it with some rubber on the foot of the puller to protect your piston.

    just a thought

pistons move up and down good the crank spins fine ,

i sprayed the hell out of the threads and inside ( letting that sit over night ) . that doesnt work i go hard core and drench the crank ,

does the harbor frieght puller work for the stator or fly wheel . if the bearings werent rusted and i can feel a kink in the crank i wouldnt tear it down
