Electrical Box Problems!!
ok i just got finished installing triple pipes,,
when i hit the starter it doesnt turn over at all, theres a weird noise coming from the box, if you put your hand on it you can feel it move, i opened it up and tryed to start again, it sounds like a silenoid is bad, i really dont know.....
last time it worked great when i had my single pipe on, since triples i havent changed anything in the box except the new curves from advent
ive tryed three fully charged batteries,,,,,,,,so its not the battery..
ive tryed different cdi's,,,,,,,so its not the ignition..
ive checked all the fuses and there good....

Like beerdart said it may be a ground.

-Will the engine turn by hand ?
-Supply a seperate ground from the battery to the engine (jumper cables) and try.
-Are you getting power to the starter in crank mode ?
-If yes, how much voltage ?
-Put a stock CDI in and try it ?
-Double check all the connectors in the front to make sure they are plugged in to the correct connector.

I was going to say battery because I had the exact same problem one time. There was a terrible noise from the electrical box, loud buzzing. The battery was fully charged but it ended up the battery just went bad. If you have tried 3 different batteries that probably isn't it though.
I tried new starter, new starter relay, fuses, CDI, went over all connections. It was the battery.
Try cleaning the ends of your battery connectors with a wire brush.

ok tryed the jumper cable for a ground from the front exhaust bracket on the case, to the battery negative... nothing different
checked all the plugs in the front, all are good and tight except ive unplugged the buzzer power, always had it unplugged..
im going down now to swap out my starter relay. with the other ski
