are the 97 rideplates not available through dealers anymore?
i searched for details on them but couldn't find any information other than they are the shizz
i checked a few dealers sites and they say "part no. blah blah superceeds part no. blah blah" does that mean the newer ones are what you get if you order for a 97?

All sea doo dealerships only keep parts available for 10 years. This is the amount of time that sea doo says their skis will last. After ten years you gotta just search around. I had the same problem with getting parts for a 1993 GTX. I had to buy everything from online retailers.

I'll figure out in the next week if I plan on keeping it.. I'll go my radar runs and go from there.

I have a 97 xp that I can swap out another ride plate with if your seriously interested. Make me a reasonable offer on it I can't refuse and I'll swap plates out and mail it to you. Right after I ask the boss if he's okay with me swapping plates on him, haha. But I am serious.
