    What are these for?

    Those little wheels made of aluminum on the back right side of the ski, up and on the rideplate, the other one is up further next to the pump?

    What the...............??????

    It keeps the algea from eating your pump....think of it like food for the algea it attracts it to those....You are supposed to keep them greased up with some marine grease...

    AJ... did you post that with absolute certainty? algea!? algea from EATING? algea eating metal?

    u don NOT grease them... it's a ZINC tab.... boats have them in strategic spots and on their hydraulic trim tabs as well...

    electrolisys (spelling), those are sacraficial anodes so the battery current and conductive electricity doesn`t eat up your alum, and metal components. When these erode enough, you simply replace them.

    Isn't that nice....I just checked my pump,and its not there ...just a threaded hole where it should be.....my pump looks perfect though
