    Procedure to initialize RR ECU and Prop question

    Just put my reflash ecu back in and can't find the original instructions. What is the procedure to initialize to the TB. Also, with the equivilant to the riva stage II + rr sc impeller and reflash ECU I assume I will be overspinning the 14/19, but based on my experience last year with the 15/20 I feel like I may have to take some pitch out of it. So my question is will I be better off adding some pitch to the 14/19 or taking some out of the 15/20?

    take some out of the 15/20 It's much easier to dial in if you have Skat's venturi mod.

    Thanks rotax racing... I could use an electronic copy myself... took me almost an hour to find that folded paper version buried in my shop

    Maybe this is where shibbs idling problems started Shibby...did u use these instructions when you installed your Racing ECU?

    ecu

    I thought the reflash ecu was just plug and play thats what I did, it was ok.

    of course i followed the directions... to a "T" ! I've installed ECUs on skis in the past on a customer's machine...

    either the original TB information was not erased, or my ECU is messed up... now what? we'll see..... this ECU hasn't worked on my ski properly since the day i got it from the batch of reflashes.

    stock ECU runs awesome tho

    Okey dokey...I new u would have followed to a "T" But, I had to ask, now I feel better that it's a faulty ecu or wonky and cursed reflash :P
