    Bulletins

Man I learned a TON from Chip today and it'll take me weeks to post the information but I'll add a little each night.
The first one that comes to mind was the guy that had a Genesis and he stated the controls on the left handlebar control worked sporatically. It turns out there was a BULLETIN adressing the situation.
    PWC99-07
"Stray internal voltage from the left handlebar switch operation may cause damage to the LR-503 cutoff inside the electrical box. A jumper wire (2460836) has been developed to ground any excess voltage to ground."
"Possible disconnection of electrical box ground may result in improper left hand control function. Install additional ground wires (2460845)."

    96 Hurricane Hood Seal

    PWC96-15
The hood seal doesn't keep it's original shape and memory causing a poor seal between the deck and hood. This may allow water to enter the hull after a short period of use.

Do you have the hard copys? We should try and make a complete list of all the SB's.. The early list I posted was just the numbers and not the SB.

I just worked through the posted PDF, and it only covers 1995 Service Bulletins (and PWC-95-03 is half missing), and three Bulletins from 1996 (PWC-96-01, 02, 03).

If there are others posted here or elsewhere, or otherwise available, please point me at them.

Currently looking for all PWC Service Bulletins 1992-1994, 1996-2004, and PWC-95-03
