Notice regarding Official K38 contacts
For Immediate Release
March 16, 2008
K38 Water Safety and it's affiliate partners under K38 International wish to bring to attention a matter of concern to our company standards and integrity. There is a business posing as part of K38 Water Safety family, based out of the country of Brazil, calling their business 'K38 BRAZIL or K38 BRASIL'.
These false Brazilian representatives have no authorization to use K38 intellectual knowledge, logos, images or training program content and network business partnerships under the K38 namesake. They have been notified in writing by our company on several occasions to cease and desist, without respect to our wishes we are forced by their actions to send out this official document, as we have received numerous complaints and need to put a stop to the confusion.
We do not extend any authorization or licensing agreement either expressed or implied to this entity. If you have any questions or concerns about K38 Water Safety, or K38 International and our affiliates and partners, please contact Shawn Alladio at K38rescue@aol.com or Tom Pohaku Stone at Kanalu K38 email@example.com to verify K38 information.
We assume no liability in the training or programs offered through this entity who is using our K38 image and company reputation without K38 permission. We encourage potential sponsors or government and association interests to verify and ask for references for any programs or contracts of support of person(s) who are soliciting such support on behalf of any K38 representation. All affiliates have signed agreements that verify their inclusion of the K38 family and can easily be verified.
K38, for the past two decades has worked enthusiastically to bring the highest level of competency for current technical boat handling courses. These K38 practices are applied to Rescue Water Craft ,and Personal Watercraft for every type of use in industry, government and recreational pursuits. The K38 Way of training standard is important to protect and ensure that our clients, colleagues and friends in water safety are given the best training possible anywhere.

This group received sponsors due to our name, when I contacted them they all thought they were a part of our company...WHOOPS! LOL
Brazil is not known for being lawful, although there are many wonderful businesses and people, this is just one of those bad apples in the basket of life.
