    It's the RIVA 1200 plate which is the fastest plate by nature than any of the 1300's...why? Just because.

    Actually the newer Riva plates once modded yielded better numbers

    bump..i did not buy this plate again because of some difficulties so it's still for sale, Rich is a great guy he held on to it for me for a while. It's a good deal for anyone wanting a fast flat water plate.
