Where could I buy online the piece that adds on to your seat were you can place your racing # ?

For the '04 to '08 RXP you can search it out on eBay or look in the classifieds here on the forum (which I would try first).

If you have an X you might want to discontinue wanting one of these. I was in the process of getting one myself and there is a thread on here where someone put it on his RXP-X and there's a significant gap and it doesn't fit good at all because the seats are different. The X seat is a lower profile.

Here are those pics from that thread showing why I stopped pursuing getting a seat cowl cover for my X. Do a search for "seat cowl" and you'll find some postings for some for sale if you still want one.
This is what Jrsrxp wrote and he provided the above pics in that thread:
It will not fit. I did thought it would because of the rear tabs on the seat but I was mistaken. Here are some pictures I just took. As you can there is a gap and under the seat it does not fit flush also. I can slide my hand under the gap. The X seat does not have the rear hump or step that the RXP have.

I bought one but dont like it so , if you want it ill give it to you for $50. Just wait till we see each other at the next ride....Dont forget to remind me to bring it....
