stepped sponsons vs. Aftermarket sponsons
i love the handling of my gpr with the stepped sponsons (for recreation) if i'm setting up the boat for cc racing would there be a big difference in handling and is it worth the 200 dollars?

I would think so, yes. The after market sponsons carve and hold much better than stock.

It is well worth it. For both rec riding and racing.

just sent wfo a pm for his riva plate with machined mounting holes for better angle but for cc racing i would probably run the stock plate. i was thinking of gettin the R&D pro series have any of you ran these sponsons and if so how did they feel?

the sponsons I would recommend you get are Danny's custom sponsons, they are hand made, they carve like aftermarket and they are stepped
if you request a set from him he will make them up for you and they are reasonably priced
look for my post in this thread for some other simple ideas on CC race set-ups
